We can help you
You can call 13 11 14 and speak to a trained and caring Crisis Supporter about any issue, no matter how big or small. The Crisis Supporter will allow you to share what is going on for you and provide support in a non-judgemental and safe space.

Volunteer Crisis Supporter
Lifeline provides a National Telephone Crisis Support Service on 13 11 14. The service aims to support people in their time of emotional distress or crisis. The Crisis Supporters operating this service are volunteers and work from offices in Wollongong.
