Corporate Volunteering

Purpose-driven volunteering that connects your team to the community you operate in.

Looking for a meaningful way to give back as a team?

Corporate volunteering with Lifeline South Coast offers your team a meaningful way to give back, connect, and experience firsthand the impact of community service.

From rolling up your sleeves at our much-loved Big Book Fair (with exclusive early access to the best reads!) to learning the ins and outs of our Book Sorting Facility—where you’ll clean, sort, and pack donated books that fund our crisis support services—there’s a place for everyone. Get involved in our retail stores, uncover hidden gems, and meet the dedicated volunteers who are the heart of our organisation. A fan favourite is volunteering in our Community Kitchen, where you’ll help prepare and serve meals to those in need. These kitchen days not only offer a hands-on, team-building experience but also contribute directly to the wellbeing of our most vulnerable community members. No matter the role, your team will walk away with a stronger connection to each other and a deeper understanding of the power of community.

During your time with us, staff will be exposed to a variety of real-life situations—some days may be challenging or even a little colourful—but every moment offers a chance to make a real difference.

The cost for this experience is $500 + GST for up to 5 staff, which helps cover the facilitation and support of your visit and contributes directly to the ongoing operation of the kitchen. Your team will help prepare and serve nutritious meals while supporting a safe and consistent environment for people experiencing vulnerability in our community.
