Workshops offered
Wellbeing & Resilience
3.5-hour workshop
Through our Wellbeing & Resilience Training, your staff and colleagues will learn to recognise the signs of feeling depleted and how to use self-care strategies to prevent burnout and manage wellbeing.
Managing Challenging Interactions
Half-day course (4 hours)
This workshop is designed for people whose roles require managing challenging interactions, whether they are emotional or aggressive. it is also relevant for Team Leaders managing these teams.
Suicide Awareness & Prevention
3 hour workshop
With so many hours spent in the workplace, staff members are well placed to notice when co-workers are not coping, but often lack the required skills and knowledge to support them.
Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) is an evidence-based training course that aims to save lives by providing innovative, practical and procven suicide prevention training.
Accidental Counselor
7 hours via face-to-face classroom or 5.5 hours virtually via Zoom.
Participants will leave this workshop with a toolbox of basic counselling skills that they can utilise to facilitate supportive conversations with colleagues and clients who are in crisis, highly distressed, or displaying angry, abusive or manipulative behaviours.
Psychological First Aid
Half-day (3.5 hours)
Psychological First Aid (PFA) equips participants with the skills to provide support in the aftermath of a natural disaster, accident or critical incident.
ASIST - Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training
2-day course
Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is the world’s leading suicide intervention workshop, founded on the principle that everyone can make a difference in preventing suicide.
Participants are trained to recognise when a person may be at risk and how to respond to improve the immediate and long-term safety of the person at risk.
Mental Health First Aid
Standard delivery: 2 days face-to-face classroom or virtually via Zoom
Blended delivery: 5 – 7 hours of eLearning + 5 hours via face-to-face or virtual classroom
With approximately 20% of Australian adults experiencing a common mental illness each year, the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course helps participants to develop the skills to support a friend, family member, client, or colleague until the appropriate professional help is available.
Providing MHFA training to employees helps to foster a supportive company culture where employees are encouraged to speak openly about mental ill health.

This workshop is for frontline workers in Australia. This includes people who provide direct service and support to the community (paid or unpaid) in sectors like health, allied health, education, childcare, and community.
