Description

The training will guide you when you have a chance to help people - and specifically men- who are struggling and might have thoughts of suicide. We will discuss how you can detect & respond to anyone showing signs of distress and suicide, and increase your confidence and competence to ask someone about suicide and help them link to professional help.

Our training applies the principles of Recognise, Respond, Refer and Restore when someone is experiencing an emotional crisis.

This training is free thanks to funding from Healthier Illawarra Men.
