Description

We all have to manage uncertainty, change and stress in our lives. Over time, stress can have a damaging impact on our psychological, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Resilience can protect individuals from its effects and boost their ability to regain a sense of control in their lives. The workshop provides individuals with the skills and confidence to learn about their own resilience and work towards individual and community wellbeing. We’ll discuss different definitions of resilience, how to reflect on your own resilience and how to look after it.
