Download the Return and Earn App
Looking for an easy way to help Lifeline South Coast? You can now donate your Return & Earn refund directly to us. It’s as simple as:
1. Download the Return & Earn App
2. Activate the App: Open the app and follow the activation process
3. Select Lifeline South Coast as your charity: Go to the “Charities” section in the app, search for Lifeline South Coast, and select us as your preferred charity
4. Deposit Containers: Feed your cans and bottles into the Return and Earn machine. You can find your closest return point HERE
5. Complete the Donation: Tap the transfer button on the machine’s screen to donate 100% of your refund to Lifeline South Coast
6. Need a tax deductable receipt? Find them in the “Refunds” menu on the app

Last year, our local crisis support centres in Wollongong and Nowra answered 32,627 calls from people in distress seeking help. Each call costs approximately $30 to answer.
Funds raised through your Return and Earn donations go directly towards supporting these lifesaving services, ensuring trained crisis supporters are available to listen, provide support, and help people through some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
Every bottle and can you donate helps keep this vital service available for our community.
