Our Connect Centre is a free, walk-in, face-to-face service designed to support you through whatever you’re facing—no issue is too big or too small. Whether you’re looking for someone to talk to, need help navigating local services, or just want to feel heard, our trained crisis supporters and Connectors are here to help.

You’ll be met with compassion, understanding, and practical support in a safe and non-judgemental environment. After your conversation, we’ll walk alongside you to explore next steps, including referral options to other low or no-cost services and programs that may suit your needs.
