Lifeline South Coast has partnered with Wests Illawarra to fund the printing and distribution of Lifeline Mental Health kits. Wests Illawarra has been a long-standing supporter of Lifeline and the work it does to raise awareness and understanding around mental health conditions in the local community.

The information contained within the facts sheets was developed by Lifeline and reviewed by mental health professionals, covering topics such as depression, anxiety, domestic violence, suicide, stress, gambling addiction and grief.
The content is easily understandable and designed to be used alongside existing professional health care support such as psychologists and social workers.
Kits will be delivered to over 1000 Illawarra residents, and can also be downloaded and printed from Lifeline South Coast’s website.
