Suicide Awareness Training – Diverse Genders and Sexualities (LGBTIQ+)

LGBTIQ tailored QPR training is designed for participants to learn how to identify and appropriately respond to LGBTIQ people showing suicidal warning signs and refer them to professional help to prevent suicide.

QPR training is a short course that equips participants with the skills needed to recognise individuals who may be contemplating suicide, so that they can respond in a supportive manner and refer them to professional help.

Because it only takes about 3 hours to learn, QPR is an excellent tool for people who want to become alert to the dangers of suicide in a convenient time frame.

Participants will receive a workbook, wallet card and information handouts. Participants receive a certificate upon completion of the course.
