We all have to manage uncertainty, change and stress in our lives. Our wellbeing & resilience workshop raises awareness of the relationship between resilience, health and performance, looks at different perspectives on resilience and the wisdom these give us.

With heightened awareness surrounding stress within workplaces, employers are increasingly finding that they are the first point of contact – and play a critical supportive role – for employees experiencing burnout. In fact, the World Health Organisation recognises workplace burnout as an occupational condition.

The workshop focuses on:
-Resilience: what is it, what can it look like, can I boost my personal resilience? 
-What role do irrational beliefs play in resilience?
-The importance of building healthy boundaries
-Holistic self care and Collective Care
