Wellbeing and Resilience Workshop

Learn about the importance of self and collective care and identify holistic strategies to promote wellbeing.

Description

Delivery: 3 hours via face-to-face or virtual classroom

Audience: Anyone, 18 years +

With heightened awareness surrounding stress within workplaces, employers are increasingly finding that they are the first point of contact – and play a critical supportive role – for employees experiencing burnout. In fact, the World Health Organisation recognises workplace burnout as an occupational condition.

Focusing on the importance of self and collective care, the Wellbeing Workshop supports participants to:

  • recognise signs that they are feeling depleted
  • understand self-care as a multifaceted process critical to wellbeing
  • identify individual self-care strategies and areas of focus
  • discuss the ways collective care can be integrated into workplace culture

Supporting the wellbeing of employees fosters a healthier, happier, and more resilient workplace, and has a direct impact on business goals, employee retention, and workplace productivity as a result.
