DV-aware (2-hours)

In this free public awareness workshop, you will learn what domestic and family violence is and how to recognise the signs.

Description

Delivery: 2 hours via face-to-face classroom or virtually via Zoom

Audience: Anyone living in Australia, 18 years +

What it’s about

This is an introduction to understanding domestic and family violence. You’ll learn the different signs and forms of abuse, and what to do if you know someone experiencing violence.

Who it's for

Anyone living in Australia. Minimum age: 18-years-old.

How it works

This 2-hour workshop is run by our experienced trainers at Lifeline South Coast.

Fees and application

DV-alert training is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services and is therefore free for all adults (18+) living in Australia. You’ll receive a certificate of attendance, contributing to your continual professional development.

This training is delivered on behalf of Lifeline Australia RTO: 88036.
