Mental Health First Aid

Learn basic first aid skills to support mental health.

With approximately 20% of Australian adults experiencing a common mental illness each year, the  Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course helps participants to develop the skills to support a friend, family member, or colleague who may be struggling with mental health challenges. Equipped with mental health first aid skills, participants will be able to assist someone developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis, and ultimately make a real difference to their home life, community, or workplace.
